Fashion, Fairy Tales and Gin Gimlets with Rococo Vintage
November 6, 2012 § 1 Comment
In my hours and hours spent window shopping on Etsy, I sometimes come across a shop that shoots straight to my heart, leaving me salivating over every item and wanting more. Rococo Vintage is one of those rare beauties. Curated by Rebecca Emily Darling, the shop carries incredible hand-picked and quality items from the late 1800’s up to the 1960’s. According to her website, the elusive Rebecca Emily Darling is a little girl who loves fairy tales and gin gimlets, and sells vintage clothing for tyrannical aesthetes. She lives in an apartment with Mary Pickford’s ghost, as well as the specters of three blind mice, and her cats seem to like this very much.
Think 1920s flapper dresses, 1930s art deco dresses, 1940s swing dresses, 1950s cupcake dresses and 1960s wiggle dresses- Miss Darling has it all covered.
